OUR ORGANIZATION
Kenwood Psychological Services has special skills in hand-picking, from more than 200
therapists, the therapist we think has the best chance of producing optimum results for
each client. Psychological services, particularly psychotherapy services, are our
specialty.
We work with a group of more than 200 psychotherapists. We know each therapist well,
and we have over 20 years experience in making the best selection of a therapist for each
client.
Clients have an open invitiation to call Kenwood at any time during the therapy process
to discuss how their therapy is going, how they are feeling about their therapist, and
what changes or adjustments in therapy or therapist they might like.
PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES
We offer every type of therapy except those that could be considered "fads." As a
sampling, we offer Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Marital Therapy (Couples Therapy,
Marriage Therapy), Premarital Therapy, Child Therapy, Family Therapy,
Divorce Mediation Therapy, Sex Therapy, and other types of therapy. Goals are accomplished
through the appropriate technique, whether Analytically-Oriented Psychotherapy, Behavior
Modification Therapy, Biofeedback Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis,
Psychoanalysis, Sex Therapy, Stress Management Therapy, Supportive Therapy, or other
appropriate types of therapy.
